For four generations the Fabre family has been growing wine on the 15 hectares of this estate, located in the village of Fitou, the cradle of this designation. It benefits from a dry, warm climate where the sun and Tramontane wind reign supreme.
The vineyard is managed using the "Cousinié" method, with high-quality organic enrichment, regulation and sunshine balance, all within an environmentally-friendly approach. The family tends to the vines with qualitative objectives meeting consumer expectations.
