Oozing with authenticity with a splendid blend of the old and the contemporary. The former grape-pickers’ table has been placed in the middle of an old hangar which once housed ploughs and tractors. An invitation to take a seat and have a chat, it was made with an old cart painted in typical Charron blue that can still be seen here and there. It is the soul of the estate.
Aude and Florence, the owners, have designed the estate to reflect their image. Loyal to their ancestors’ past, but focused on the future. The portraits of Paul and Alice Huc, the founders of the estate, observe from a corner.
All year round the estate offers tastings of their wine, but also cordials, honey and vinegar selected from among the best local producers.
Groups are welcome. Enjoy meals hosted by the winemaker, introductions to wine tasting and Aude appellations. With a shop, wine, a tea room and holiday apartments, visit the estate and enjoy our hospitality.
