Between moors and pine forests in the heart of the Minervois region and just a few kilometres from the medieval city of Carcassonne, the estate manages 50 hectares of vineyards.
A dozen varieties are currently being grown.
Our family-run estate emphasizes the authenticity of its land. This is why we have chosen to make wine on the estate using our best vines with controlled yields. Our grapes are harvested at maturity and thus keep all their flavours and fruit.
Our production is limited and all of our bottled are numbered.
To preserve their richness, the wines from our cellars are unfiltered.
The estate has just built a tasting cellar, which is open to welcome you throughout the year.
