The Clos de Maro estate covers 25 hectares which have been cultivated organically since 2007. The grapes are picked by hand or by machine, depending on the variety.
Our vats are in stainless steel and some of our wines mature in oak barrels.
We produce still, varietal wines in white, rosé and red.
We bottle our own wines using screw-cap bottles. Our wines are treated with very little sulphite (below the authorised Organic standard).
